The love that is shared between Twin Flames is unlike any other you could ever experience. Whether you know your Twin Flame as human, in another dimension, or both, you will know joy beyond anything in this world. The true nature of your sexuality will unfold and this higher plane of Christ Consciousness you will know but have a difficult time explaining. This is what I’ll attempt to do in my current article.
Many see sexuality as showing physical love to one another. Other people see it as a way of procreation. There are some who even see it as physical sensations, and when these physical sensations occur they feel as this were love. Love can be many different things to different people but the sacred union of Twin Souls is one of attaining higher consciousness.
Twin Flames are of like vibrations. When Twin Flames come together and their love is shared tactically with one another, Kundalini fire ignites. The passion is a union of souls and sexuality becomes a sacred tool. The Twin Flame vibrations mirror one another and the sexual union becomes so powerful it is like “Touching Heaven.”
Twin Flames are divine feminine and divine masculine souls. When these energies blend together, so many levels of magnetic and spiritual harmony simultaneously occur. Electrical energy flows and mirrors between them. Universal forces of destiny bring them together. If they relinquish themselves in this spiritual marriage of the souls, they will find themselves in the Universal Flow of Divine Energy. This is when one finds themselves in many different states of higher consciousness. This higher consciousness brings into alignment all of your chakras and the cosmic energy of the universe.
One will feel as if they are in simultaneous dimensions and an inner knowing fills one up completely. There is a meeting of the minds and of the souls. One will recognize the soul that is before you and in this deeply blissful feeling will encompass the Twin Flames. The sacred sexuality of this union is blessed in every possible way imaginable. One will find the universal truth by accessing sacred knowledge of these simultaneous dimensions. It is multi-orgasmic for both. Time and space do not exist when in spiritual bliss, nor does any one reality. It’s a sacred marriage of Twin Flames.
I describe this as a Sacred Marriage of souls in my human/soul path. It’s not like the church or law marriage. Those marriages are more about paper and human love. It is about the soul’s marriage and the souls can be heterosexual, homosexual, or multidimensional in nature. Only the one who is in this Twin Flame marriage can see it for themselves. No one can tell another if this is a real Twin Flame experience or not. That is up to the individual itself. With the Twin Flame, experience comes all the synchronicities, the master numbers will present themselves, and you will have an inner knowing that this Twin is your own.
Sharing about Brendan and I has made me aware of just how sacred this sexuality of divine feminine and masculine really are. This recognition between our souls transcends all space and time. We reach such spiritual, multidimensional levels and can see our souls beyond any of our physical bodies. I can see so many things at once inside his soul.
I see the masculine of the man, the father, the brother, the son, and the feminine of the woman, the sister, the mother, and the daughter. He has described this of me also. As souls, we have found we may be male and female in our physical bodies but we are ALL in our souls. Divine masculine and feminine are within each of us. This takes our breath away just thinking of it. We have found we are both divine masculine and divine feminine by sharing with each other and completely loving one another unconditionally within our own Sacred Twin Flame Marriage. Both individual selves blended with universal twin flames make this sacred union. It’s not just about intercourse. It’s about experiencing each other’s divinity.
During normal intercourse there is an expenditure of energy that leaves a person feeling drained. Men tend to fall asleep and women tend to go about their routines afterward. However, the union between Twin Flames is definitely a complete connection of energy building, Kundalini fire. Deep prolonged ecstasy occurs and the brain becomes harmonious with both left and right brain functioning to create an experience of an unclouded unlimited perception. There is equilibrium of mind, body, and spirit. Ones energy does not feel drained but revitalized.
During the twin Flame union, one is aware of both the conscious and the unconscious. It is both male and female essence. Its self-realization and spiritual harmony. It is a balance of soul and universe with God. This connection is indescribable in human words but there is an inner awareness of being one with all. It is a love of inner self, connecting with your mirrored twin soul and an experience many will begin to share as we reach the new age that is arriving. Many will come to find their twin flames and know what the joy of this sacred union is.

Divine Feminine - Rising

In the beginning, the woman was on an even keel with man in this grand illusion we call life! She was heralded, worshipped and cherished, as goddess and deity. Then, as humankind went forward, incarnation after incarnation, a dualistic way of life devolved and a sense of separateness began to divide the masculine from the feminine. When this happened, the woman’s role to humanity became second rate to her fellow man.
This dualistic separation came into play thousands of years ago and reared its ugly face in the form of wars, repression and even in some religions. What is more, it has carried over through the ages right on up until our present day situation. Only until just recently has a drastic shift begun to take place, which will ultimately bring the divine feminine and divine masculine back into balance – back to the one! When this process is complete, she will stand eye to eye with fellow man and will no longer be second rate. Only the power of the goddess, also known as the common woman - in spirit and in flesh, can bring this balance, which is so vital. However, it can only be complete when a man or a being of masculine energy (incarnate as either male or female) recognizes and is willing to open their hearts to receive it.
Picture a cocoon that is cracking open, and then watch the butterfly as she slowly emerges. She pauses for a moment and spreads her wings, then, with all her beauty and grace – she takes flight. This is precisely the stage of our human evolution that we are at right now! All over this planet, cocoons are cracking open – only, we are not talking about butterflies, we are talking about divine feminine – RISING!
When we look around here, today, there are signs all over the place that this process has not only begun but is well underway and has been so for a time. This awakening can be felt in each and every one of us, from the average Joe on the street, right on up to our human race as a collective whole – everybody! So, what does that mean? What it means is that some of us have already come out of our cocoons; many more are emerging even as I write this article, and the vast majority is on the verge – the tipping point.
For those of us who know how wonderfully beautiful and tumultuous this awakening can be, I ask you to imagine what it will be like when that vast majority, who are still asleep, cracks open their cocoons and spreads their wings? If you imagined what it was like to see the collective whole of our society, spread their wings, after asking you to do so and if you feel like I do; then I believe we would agree that it is going to be a wonderfully beautiful and tumultuous ride. And why wouldn't it, we have a lot of light work to do and that's putting it lightly.
Now, imagine if you will, how Paula described the birthing process of a child in her article: Twin Flames: Birthing into Oneness? Well, once that process of birthing has begun, there is no turning back. It may feel like life or death but in the process of awakening, it is only a transformation. Now, as hard as it can be for a single one of us to go through this awakening, imagine how earth rattling it will be for all of us when that vast majority cracks open their cocoons? We must remember, that majority is asleep but they are just now starting to smell the coffee in the pot.
We are already beginning to see examples of the metamorphosis in the world at large. Every single vice that once worked in a dualistic world, from the monetary system, to some aspects of our religious institutions, to the degradation of the all-important role that divine feminine should play in our lives – is coming down! However, it is not as easy and automatic as it sounds. Yes, the awakening is and will continue to quicken, but there is a twist. Those powers that be, with all of their intricately designed institutions of repression which have kept the woman - down, the man - disillusioned, the children - neglected, the poor - starving, the cold – freezing, the nations - warring, the races – divided, the people – in fear, and mother earth – dying, are not going easily. However, regardless of their efforts to maintain the old world dis-order, they will not succeed because they are fearful. It is this fear that makes them want to repress anything that maybe a threat to them - especially divine feminine!
Knowing and understanding as I have over the past 10 months, what it has been like to come together with my divine feminine, as equal parts to a Twin Flame, whole, we have realized that we’re still living through this process of awakening, ourselves. On an intuitive level, I feel that everything that has happened to us, from the total collapse of everything false in our lives to the discovery of our truths, will also happen to everybody else, (if it has not already begun) and to humankind as a collective whole. As the transformation occurs those cocoons that we have called home now for so long, will crack open like the cocoon a butterfly emerges from – only, it will be divine feminine that will ultimately spread her wings and fly.
Only when divine feminine, is recognized as such, can there be an opportunity for balance within a spiritual relationship between the masculine and feminine. In order for this to happen, a man must view her as no less than he is and be able to fully give his heart without fear while he worships her like the goddess she really is, always has been and has always deserved to be. Only then, will there be an opportunity for the merging of their souls – a marriage made in heaven. In addition, when the two can come together in complete balance and experience the way sacred love is meant to be experienced, they may find to their surprise that it is like having one foot in heaven and one foot on earth – the best of both worlds!
I am going to end this article with a meditation I frequently do. Here goes:
Sitting Indian style, I close my eyes. With my left hand (my receiving hand) I reach to the skies. Then, with my right hand over my heart, I begin to build the energy that will spring the kundalini to rise -
With rhythmic breaths the energy begins to flow and I bring my hands down, palms upward, upon my knees. Then, I will that energy first to my left hand and then to my right and bring it back as I rhythmically breathe -
Next - I send that energy down to my left foot and then I do the same with the right
With one sweeping motion I bring it all back to my heart, just before this bird takes flight -
That’s when I bring my hands together to form a cup as if I were to drink of some wine -
Only, this cup is to hold the energy I have created, that has now begun to sparkle and shine -
Shining ever brighter in between my hands, I program this energy with loving intent
To shine a light on all that is false and to bring forth all that was heaven sent -
Then, I lift that ball of energy up in the air - with my arms stretched all the way out – I rise
With one big breath of air - I blow that ball of energy way up into the skies -
And I watch, as it sails up into the clouds, far enough in the air - high and above
Where it explodes in pure white light and showers the earth with sparks of love -
To each and every man, woman and child, on every continent on every land
a prayer, sealed with a kiss, we can change this world with one felt swoop of the hand.

Twin Flames - Birthing into oneness

Back on September 10, 2008, Brendan wrote about us being guided. I enjoyed what he wrote. He is a much better writer than I am. I would like to expand on what his writings with some thoughts of my own on growth.
I have come to realize as these experiences and dreams occur that we’re in another growth process. It seems just when we think we’re comfortable in our Twin Flame relationship the universe pushes us further to knock us off balance. Sometimes I think it’s purposeful to keep us growing.
Our growth as a couple is tremendously wild and fast. We wanted to go slow but that’s never happened in any way. We’ve been on a wonderful magical roller coaster. Sometimes we’d like to jump off, but we don’t.
The best way I can describe the process is this. It feels like giving birth to a baby. You’re happy you’ve gone into labor. It’s such a relief to know you’ll soon be much lighter and have an easier time getting around. The labor begins and at first, you feel small contractions. You think to yourself, “Wow, this is great!” The contractions become stronger and closer together. This is when you think, I don’t know if I can do this. You know you must continue because there’s no turning back. Now you’re in pain. The baby is pushing itself out. You start screaming, “Get this thing out of me!” You want drugs or to be numbed. You’ll do anything to stop the pain. Let’s say you don’t use them. The labor is so intense. You feel on the verge of death. Now the baby starts to crown. You’re so excited, in excruciating pain, and have mixed feelings about loving and hating this experience simultaneously. When he’s born, you feel blissful that a miracle just happened. Nothing is better than this. In a Twin Flame relationship, you may feel this birthing repeatedly.
Part of this guidance has taught me that if we stay in our comfort zone, growth doesn’t occur as rapidly. Knocking us off balance pushes us further to seek out answers and ask more questions. I believe this growth helps us evolve into our full potential. Fear can sometimes make you want to run. Running is not the answer in our case. If we ran, it would mean our death. We feel this physically, mentally and spiritually. We’ve done this and nothing has ever felt worse. We just need to remember that God knows and we don’t. We need to trust our inner wisdom and follow that. Our heart knows what our heads try to make us run from.
I’ve noticed another thing about being guided. When our hearts feel blissful and our intuition says, “Just do it,” then that’s what we do. What I mean is this. I’ve taken off to his home 900 miles away on the spur of the moment only to text him I was coming. We’ve planned a night before to meet half way to see each other. We’ve broken many of man’s rules and our families opened up like no other’s I’ve ever heard of in history. I wish I could expand on that but at this time I won’t. That’s something Brendan and I will write together when we’re living with each other. This is a whole story in itself.
We’re also being guided through our dreams, visions, intuition, and our works of art and poetry from the past. There have been so many nights where neither of us gets any real rest from dreaming. These dreams are one right after another. They don’t make much sense sometimes and other times our dreams are like locks and keys to one another. I have one part and he has the other. When we share these dreams, we can figure it out. We are amazed this happens and it happens frequently these days.
Visions we’ve shared have also share the lock and key. Like Brendan stated in his article yesterday, he drew those twin symbols over a decade ago and I saw a vision in P-Town back in May that lead me to draw those twins in July. I drew them repeatedly until I felt as if they were right. When I emailed them to him, I did not think twice about it. Then when I was visiting him, I saw his art and I was humbled by the resemblance of his and mine. We both had visions as children playing together since we were young. When we shared this with one another, we found there were so many commonalities it was the same experience. Then there was the vision of the psi attacker. We both saw him the same night. Our visions are something we take seriously and pay attention to. They have showed us many things to let us know we are connected. They keep us knowing we’re always one.
Our intuition is something we have both had many challenges with lately. We are learning to trust one another’s intuition. This is the most current phase of growth and being guided. I know when Brendan has told me something is not right with a person my radar doesn’t seem to kick in. For instance, I thought this group of people who were our friends was to be trusted, only to find that there were a few in the group who only wanted to cause us trouble. This caused a big heartache in the end. I wanted to believe that all people have great intentions but sometimes they don’t. I should know better since I’m a psychiatric nurse. I have my radar on at work but not much of the rest of the time. I especially don’t have it on when I’m with him. I’m only focused on us. He then makes me aware of things to protect us. I know one day I’ll listen. (LOL, the Leo in me is stubborn).
His challenge is equally as difficult in the area of intuition. For example, we were going to rent this place and we were all excited about it. We talked about it all evening. When we went to bed, I woke up in the middle of the night. I was terrified. Everything about the house I thought was so right initially was immediately so wrong. Brendan didn’t understand and why would he after we both were so excited and definite on this place. We were at odds and this was definitely new to us since we’ve agreed on practically everything up to this point. For days we were not happy. He wanted it and I didn’t. He liked the location and so did I. It was ripping me apart. Finally, a few days later I found a house before going to work. I emailed him. It was only a few blocks from the other house we looked at. It was perfect. Both of us agreed this was the one. It’s roomy for our big families which is important. I wanted to have some place to grow as a family as well as have my family and friends are able to visit without paying the high price of hotel bills in a resort town. It was intuition that kicked in that night. We’re renting starting 11/1. Imagine that! However, if you add that 1 to the 2 and 8 in the year 2008 - you get another 11 which equals 11 11. There’s a set of numbers for you.
Many things guide us, including our spirit mother. I’m not sure if that’s what she is. We’ve discussed her being a spirit mother but we’ve also wondered if there is such thing as a TRI-Flame. If anyone has experienced this, let us know. She has been showing me things through dreams. We’ve touched on this a little in the past. Our spirit mother is one entity who is such a comfort when she guides us. You know she keeps telling us both 11 is important and we are one. We’re still figuring her out.
Being guided is a very difficult process. It’s one of complete trust in what you feel, see and do. It’s also learning to trust a person with whom your connected with and what they’ve been guided to also. When you’re not used to fully trusting a person and you’ve found your Twin Flame (Tri-flame) it can feel like the whole birthing experience. We’re at the time when the baby is crowning and it’s all those mixed up emotions at once. Our birth is coming and the miracle is here. We know it’s worth the pain to go through all we’ve been through. I’d be willing to do it again, knowing what I’ve experienced already. I can only imagine with eager anticipation of what has yet to come.

Brendan didn’t understand and why would he after we both were so excited and definite on this place. We were at odds and this was definitely new to us since we’ve agreed on practically everything up to this point. For days we were not happy. He wanted it and I didn’t. He liked the location and so did I. It was ripping me apart. Finally, a few days later I found a house before going to work. I emailed him. It was only a few blocks from the other house we looked at. It was perfect. Both of us agreed this was the one. It’s roomy for our big families which is important. I wanted to have some place to grow as a family as well as have my family and friends are able to visit without paying the high price of hotel bills in a resort town. It was intuition that kicked in that night. We’re renting starting 11/1. Imagine that! However, if you add that 1 to the 2 and 8 in the year 2008 - you get another 11 which equals 11 11. There’s a set of numbers for you.
Many things guide us, including our spirit mother. I’m not sure if that’s what she is. We’ve discussed her being a spirit mother but we’ve also wondered if there is such thing as a TRI-Flame. If anyone has experienced this, let us know. She has been showing me things through dreams. We’ve touched on this a little in the past. Our spirit mother is one entity who is such a comfort when she guides us. You know she keeps telling us both 11 is important and we are one. We’re still figuring her out.
Being guided is a very difficult process. It’s one of complete trust in what you feel, see and do. It’s also learning to trust a person with whom your connected with and what they’ve been guided to also. When you’re not used to fully trusting a person and you’ve found your Twin Flame (Tri-flame) it can feel like the whole birthing experience. We’re at the time when the baby is crowning and it’s all those mixed up emotions at once. Our birth is coming and the miracle is here. We know it’s worth the pain to go through all we’ve been through. I’d be willing to do it again, knowing what I’ve experienced already. I can only imagine with eager anticipation of what has yet to come.

Back on September 10, 2008, Brendan wrote about us being guided. I enjoyed what he wrote. He is a much better writer than I am. I would like to expand on what his writings with some thoughts of my own on growth.
I have come to realize as these experiences and dreams occur that we’re in another growth process. It seems just when we think we’re comfortable in our Twin Flame relationship the universe pushes us further to knock us off balance. Sometimes I think it’s purposeful to keep us growing.
Our growth as a couple is tremendously wild and fast. We wanted to go slow but that’s never happened in any way. We’ve been on a wonderful magical roller coaster. Sometimes we’d like to jump off, but we don’t.
The best way I can describe the process is this. It feels like giving birth to a baby. You’re happy you’ve gone into labor. It’s such a relief to know you’ll soon be much lighter and have an easier time getting around. The labor begins and at first, you feel small contractions. You think to yourself, “Wow, this is great!” The contractions become stronger and closer together. This is when you think, I don’t know if I can do this. You know you must continue because there’s no turning back. Now you’re in pain. The baby is pushing itself out. You start screaming, “Get this thing out of me!” You want drugs or to be numbed. You’ll do anything to stop the pain. Let’s say you don’t use them. The labor is so intense. You feel on the verge of death. Now the baby starts to crown. You’re so excited, in excruciating pain, and have mixed feelings about loving and hating this experience simultaneously. When he’s born, you feel blissful that a miracle just happened. Nothing is better than this. In a Twin Flame relationship, you may feel this birthing repeatedly.
Part of this guidance has taught me that if we stay in our comfort zone, growth doesn’t occur as rapidly. Knocking us off balance pushes us further to seek out answers and ask more questions. I believe this growth helps us evolve into our full potential. Fear can sometimes make you want to run. Running is not the answer in our case. If we ran, it would mean our death. We feel this physically, mentally and spiritually. We’ve done this and nothing has ever felt worse. We just need to remember that God knows and we don’t. We need to trust our inner wisdom and follow that. Our heart knows what our heads try to make us run from.
I’ve noticed another thing about being guided. When our hearts feel blissful and our intuition says, “Just do it,” then that’s what we do. What I mean is this. I’ve taken off to his home 900 miles away on the spur of the moment only to text him I was coming. We’ve planned a night before to meet half way to see each other. We’ve broken many of man’s rules and our families opened up like no other’s I’ve ever heard of in history. I wish I could expand on that but at this time I won’t. That’s something Brendan and I will write together when we’re living with each other. This is a whole story in itself.
We’re also being guided through our dreams, visions, intuition, and our works of art and poetry from the past. There have been so many nights where neither of us gets any real rest from dreaming. These dreams are one right after another. They don’t make much sense sometimes and other times our dreams are like locks and keys to one another. I have one part and he has the other. When we share these dreams, we can figure it out. We are amazed this happens and it happens frequently these days.
Visions we’ve shared have also share the lock and key. Like Brendan stated in his article yesterday, he drew those twin symbols over a decade ago and I saw a vision in P-Town back in May that lead me to draw those twins in July. I drew them repeatedly until I felt as if they were right. When I emailed them to him, I did not think twice about it. Then when I was visiting him, I saw his art and I was humbled by the resemblance of his and mine. We both had visions as children playing together since we were young. When we shared this with one another, we found there were so many commonalities it was the same experience. Then there was the vision of the psi attacker. We both saw him the same night. Our visions are something we take seriously and pay attention to. They have showed us many things to let us know we are connected. They keep us knowing we’re always one.

I know when Brendan has told me something is not right with a person my radar doesn’t seem to kick in. For instance, I thought this group of people who were our friends was to be trusted, only to find that there were a few in the group who only wanted to cause us trouble. This caused a big heartache in the end. I wanted to believe that all people have great intentions but sometimes they don’t. I should know better since I’m a psychiatric nurse. How Twin Flames Connect

Throughout all of our lives, whether we were aware of it or not, we have in fact always been "connected" to our Twin Flames. Even before we ever reunited with our twins, we have always shared our Divine Compliments emotions. Being connected, we have shared them with our Twins in happiness and sadness, in sickness and in good health, and from the physical plain to the astral plain. But, when Twins come together in the flesh, even if they are unable to make a life together for a myriad of possible reasons, nothing can keep them apart - not walls, not chains, not oceans, and not even if they live on separate continents. Twin Flames - when they come together, are able to defy all laws that apply to this physical realm - a dualistic plain that is collapsing now, into oneness.
Whether or not you have found your Twin here on earth, in the flesh, or on the astral plain, you are aware of the psychic connection that you both share – it is automatic! However, if you are looking for your twin, seeking advice on these divine relationships, or trying to hone your newfound abilities after the recent discovery of your Twin Soul, then maybe you will find something in the body of this article to help you – better connect. Just think of it as a Twin Soul offering help to another Twin Soul. Which is what we are supposed to be doing, right?

You may see, touch, taste, smell, feel, and be with one another if you so desire. The key to connecting and staying connected to your Twin, is Love. As somebody who has practiced remote viewing and shamanic journeying for "seeing" never have I been able to connect to the spirit world with the ease with which I do now, by way of the love I have for my divine feminine. All of my life, I have searched and failed to realize what the one missing piece to the puzzle was - and that was, Love. Only the Twin Flame can show you this.
Let us say that you have found your Twin, and that you want to "see," him or her. You know you are connected and you are certain that you are in love, but you cannot be together because you are separated by distance. So here is what you can do - close your eyes, and begin to think of all those things that you love about your Twin – especially their Essence. Envision yourself as being right there with your Twin and feel your heart fill with love. When your heart is all "big inside" or “full,” this is when your connection is at its strongest and will help to amplify your experience. Therefore, when you feel your heart fill with love, with eyes closed, envision that you are literally right there with your Twin and you may be surprised at the clarity with which you will be able to perceive him/her. This is not imagination, although the approach is similar. Speaking from experience, you will literally be able to SEE your Divine Compliment - in real time! Moreover, it does not always require a meditative mode or state of being. Some of you will be able to see your Twin Soul wherever and whenever you want. You may see them driving in their cars, at the computer, in bed, or at work – and it will not matter, even if you live in Australia and he lives in the Europe.
Seeing your Twin Flame across space and time, may take some practice and getting used to. After all, we are not actually seeing with our eyes anymore, we perceive them across time and space through the vibe of love – similar to the way shamans would journey in the days of old. If you and your twin are able to communicate, via the phone or internet, share your experiences with each other and verify them for accuracy. This will help you fine-tune your abilities and help you to understand the difference between real and imaginary. In addition, when Twin Flames come together in divine love, they receive access to the Kingdom of God.
Connecting with your Twin Flame, in the act of love or sex, whether you are with or without him/her, is the most beautiful display of creation one can ever experience. Making love with your Twin is unlike any other love you will ever have made. It is dreamlike, it is electric, it is Heaven, and I could go on and on and never find the appropriate words in any language on this planet to accurately describe its true meaning or essence. It is simply impossible because the experience itself goes beyond words and imagination. Nevertheless, it is the human dream - the pinnacle of all life experiences - the divine union of masculine and feminine energy.
Sex with your Twin Flame is rarely about self-pleasure, because each of you will be so intent upon giving or serving the other, that it will not matter. The joy is really in the giving! In fact, your love for one another will be so great that you may feel as though you could just give all day long and be just as satisfied even if you never received a bean from the other. Lovemaking with your divine counterpart can and does last for hours. If it were not for the daily necessities of having to eat and drink just to stay alive, the two of you could go on and on until you collapse in exhaustion. Yet, even then, you may find yourself wanting to display your affection in ever changing new ways of love.
Now, let us say that you have found your twin but cannot be with each other because you live on opposite ends of the earth. Being connected - you may find that you are able to make love to your twin, through the dream state, in meditation, over the phone, and by simply closing your eyes and envisioning yourself doing so. It is quite that simple. Remember, this is not self-pleasure; there are no hands required or no need for the Twin to be there physically. The only thing you need to have to make love to your Twin when you're separated by distance, are hearts full of love, which in turn creates an open connection between the two of you, whereby you will be able to send and receive - LOVE! Through this vibe of love, you will literally be able to make love to your twin without ever laying a hand on him/her and in turn and you may receive all the pleasures that you would if you were there, physically – but only better – much better! The secret to success in making love while you are, separated, will depend only on how much "Love" you hold with your Twin.
Let us say that you have decided to meditate on your Twin Soul and you are both aware that you will be meditating on each other at exactly the same time. Once again, close your eyes and let your heart be filled with the essence of your Divine Compliment. Next, envision yourself (without expectation) as standing or sitting directly in front of him/her. The key to successfully contacting your twin is in, the envisioning of him/her. Through the vibe of love, that you have for each other you may visit each other wherever and whenever you want!
Once you have made contact with your Twin and have a visual the rest is up to you. For me, personally, I prefer to go right up to my Twin at first contact and kiss her. How could I not? I find her irresistible. In addition, do not be surprised to see your Twin "split" from the physical form if they have not done so by the time you reach him/her - this is normal but may take some time to digest if you have not experienced it before. After all, it is very profound! With the realization of the power that you have, some of you may be able to try it all on and find that it fits like a glove, while for others it may take some time to accept – especially while you balance out any karma from the past. In the beginning, it may seem overwhelming at first as if what you are experiencing is like something out of a Hollywood film. Words of advice – Welcome your Twin Soul and the newfound abilities that go with this relationship because you will never find another like it.
Other things you may notice while being with your Twin in the spirit world is that you may choose to perceive each other, as he/she would appear in the physical, or you may perceive your Twin as pure energy. The perceiving of your Twin in the physical is enough, alone, for the beginner to be “wowed,” but when you see and feel the pure energy of your twin soul, this is can create an overwhelming sense of ecstasy that can sometimes be so powerful as to break you from your meditation or snap you back to the physical. When this happens, take a break! There will be other times, because your love, which equals the ability to touch each other across time and space, is going nowhere, for you are, awakened. Simply being together, you collapse all time, space and distance. You are the human dream!
As an end note: Paula (my Twin Soul) and I believe, as we are now beginning to experience, that as more and more Twin Souls reunite and “come online,” so to speak, a collective consciousness will emerge. This collective consciousness will not only link yourself to your twin, but will link you to all other Twin Souls that are out there. As more and more Twin Souls come online, the speed and connection we have to work with, will improve. We are literally creating our own web of communication made possible by LOVE. We could all, very well, be linked together through this collective consciousness, which is now accessible.

Nevertheless, it is the human dream - the pinnacle of all life experiences - the divine union of masculine and feminine energy.
Sex with your Twin Flame is rarely about self-pleasure, because each of you will be so intent upon giving or serving the other, that it will not matter. The joy is really in the giving! In fact, your love for one another will be so great that you may feel as though you could just give all day long and be just as satisfied even if you never received a bean from the other. Lovemaking with your divine counterpart can and does last for hours. If it were not for the daily necessities of having to eat and drink just to stay alive, the two of you could go on and on until you collapse in exhaustion. Yet, even then, you may find yourself wanting to display your affection in ever changing new ways of love.
Now, let us say that you have found your twin but cannot be with each other because you live on opposite ends of the earth. Being connected - you may find that you are able to make love to your twin, through the dream state, in meditation, over the phone, and by simply closing your eyes and envisioning yourself doing so. It is quite that simple. Remember, this is not self-pleasure; there are no hands required or no need for the Twin to be there physically. The only thing you need to have to make love to your Twin when you're separated by distance, are hearts full of love, which in turn creates an open connection between the two of you, whereby you will be able to send and receive - LOVE! Through this vibe of love, you will literally be able to make love to your twin without ever laying a hand on him/her and in turn and you may receive all the pleasures that you would if you were there, physically – but only better – much better! The secret to success in making love while you are, separated, will depend only on how much "Love" you hold with your Twin.
Let us say that you have decided to meditate on your Twin Soul and you are both aware that you will be meditating on each other at exactly the same time. Once again, close your eyes and let your heart be filled with the essence of your Divine Compliment. Next, envision yourself (without expectation) as standing or sitting directly in front of him/her. The key to successfully contacting your twin is in, the envisioning of him/her. Through the vibe of love, that you have for each other you may visit each other wherever and whenever you want!
Once you have made contact with your Twin and have a visual the rest is up to you. For me, personally, I prefer to go right up to my Twin at first contact and kiss her. How could I not? I find her irresistible. In addition, do not be surprised to see your Twin "split" from the physical form if they have not done so by the time you reach him/her - this is normal but may take some time to digest if you have not experienced it before. After all, it is very profound! With the realization of the power that you have, some of you may be able to try it all on and find that it fits like a glove, while for others it may take some time to accept – especially while you balance out any karma from the past. In the beginning, it may seem overwhelming at first as if what you are experiencing is like something out of a Hollywood film. Words of advice – Welcome your Twin Soul and the newfound abilities that go with this relationship because you will never find another like it.
Other things you may notice while being with your Twin in the spirit world is that you may choose to perceive each other, as he/she would appear in the physical, or you may perceive your Twin as pure energy. The perceiving of your Twin in the physical is enough, alone, for the beginner to be “wowed,” but when you see and feel the pure energy of your twin soul, this is can create an overwhelming sense of ecstasy that can sometimes be so powerful as to break you from your meditation or snap you back to the physical. When this happens, take a break! There will be other times, because your love, which equals the ability to touch each other across time and space, is going nowhere, for you are, awakened. Simply being together, you collapse all time, space and distance. You are the human dream!
As an end note: Paula (my Twin Soul) and I believe, as we are now beginning to experience, that as more and more Twin Souls reunite and “come online,” so to speak, a collective consciousness will emerge. This collective consciousness will not only link yourself to your twin, but will link you to all other Twin Souls that are out there. As more and more Twin Souls come online, the speed and connection we have to work with, will improve. We are literally creating our own web of communication made possible by LOVE. We could all, very well, be linked together through this collective consciousness, which is now accessible.

For most people who find their twin flame, after having had many soulmate relationships, they will begin the process of awakening.
It would seem that for the majority who find their twin are not even looking or not even aware that such a relationship could exist. Only upon finding the twin and having had many synchronicities and cosmic experiences that they begin to look for answers. There seems to be a sort of commonality here that my twin and I certainly share and have found the same to be true with many others.
When twins come together in the beginning, they may find themselves in a magnificent period of ecstasy that they have never experienced before. They will be unstoppable in their love and affection toward one another. In this period, the ego that they have relied upon, is in shock.
As time moves on and this depends on their own unique circumstances, they begin to look for answers as they realize that there love goes far deeper than anything they've ever known. As they begin to receive confirmation after confirmation from others who are finding their twin to heavenly answers that seem to come from just that - heaven, they realize a greater sense of self and this may set them on the path to their final mission which is spiritual in nature. This is the Twin Flame Path.
In the meantime, as their relationship unfolds, their energies will start to balance and the ego begins to realize, something is amiss. There is much to be written about this, alone. For when their energies start to balance it may seem like world war 3 is being waged in their souls. Any past karma that was never made right will come front and center, in the face of that relationship and will need immediate balancing.
The ego begins to play a major role. The paths of these individuals from the time they are born right up until the time they are reunited are quite a bit different than anyone elses. From the beginning, whether they know it or not, their mission has always been to come together and collapse duality. In order to do this, they have been tried, all of their lives and have had many obstacles to overcome. Their lives have not been easy ones by any stretch. In overcoming these obstacles they have had to rely on the ego at times to get them by in that dualistic world. In doings so, they have become masters, if you will. After becoming masters in the "concrete" sense, as the shamans of antiquity have called it, they are then ready to become masters of the "abstract." The concrete, being the earthly ways and the abstract, being the spiritual ways.
So when their energies start to balance they will find that they have to dismantle, so to speak, that very ego that they have relied upon for all of their lives. While they may have had a spiritual path before the reunion of their twin, this ego has also protected them to varying degrees. But now this ego must be dismantled for the balancing of their engergies to come into alignment and be truly "one" with each other.
While the energies of the twins are balancing there world may seem to "fall apart." I have many theories on this, but I feel that anything that is material in nature and is not in tune with the spirit world, must come down. What ensues, is a period of collapse. This seems to be another commonality amongst twin flames: the fact that they may find themselves, losing their job, their homes, their old lifestyles, and even their old habits. The losses of these things, when they happen, most of the time they will have no control over it. They just happen! It will be as if it's been designed by a higher power and that it is. How long each one of these balancing periods lasts will simply depend on how heavy they have had to rely upon their ego in the past.
As all of these things are playing out in the twin flame relationship, they will begin to hone their new or not so new found psychic abilities. For those who have been working on their abilities their whole lives, the reunion with the twin will greatly enhance what ever talents they had before. And for those who never realized the gifts that they could utilize, upon the reunion with their twin, they will likely be, "awakened."
The realization by the twins of their ability to collapse space and time can be a wondrous period of enlightenment. Even if they are still living seperately on the planet or in different dimensions nothing can keep them apart. If they are living apart they will quickly realize that through many mediums they can still be with each other - even if they are living on opposite sides of this planet. Through the dreamstate, meditation and even by simply closing their eyes, they will be able to reach out and connect with one another.

I believe at some point in "time" that there will be a tipping point that will lead to this mass awakening.
I can only imagine what the ramifications would be, but I believe it could be both wonderful and chaotic at the same time - the birthing of a new age.

A True Twin Flame Relationship

When I think of my Twin Flame these words come to mind very quickly, love, unity, peace, harmony, joy, sacredness, and spiritual enlightenment. My spiritual partnering with my Twin Flame is on of unconditional love, openness, and an all embracing friendship without fear of judgments, ridicule, or retribution. It's a divine experience that one Knows….when one has found the twin. It will not hide itself in any way because the signs will be everywhere.
Finding my own Twin didn't happen overnight and it hasn't been an easy journey by no means. In fact its taken many lifetimes plus 40 years in this one to find my Twin Heart. He popped up when I wasn't even looking. It's funny how God works.
At first I thought we were soul mates and was unfamiliar with the term Twin Flames. Then the universe started unfolding at light-speed when we came together in person for the first time. One thing that kept reoccurring between us was the uncanny ability to say the same things in sync, or express one another's thoughts instantaneously. I posted a blog about these things and a day later I started to learn about Twin Flames. Everything I read was us and everything that happens to us has a confirmation from the universe that shortly follows. This has humbled us tremendously.
We learned that ego has no place in our divine love nor does fear. A new awareness began to form and a deep inner knowing developed. We developed many new abilities and awareness continues to grow in our relationship. We have the balance of masculine and feminine within ourselves as well as that same balance between us… only divine.
I've meditated on him sometimes at 2 am and shortly after, he would call and ask me what I was doing. He told me he could feel me on his chest. I had been meditating on him. We email or text at the exact same times saying the same thing. Once we meditated together, only, I had no knowledge he was meditating. But, he knew I was. I really think this amplified my meditation experience because I could see these white balls of energy flowing from my body to his and back to mine. By the end of this meditation I saw us as two sexless figures in ultraviolet light. I could feel energy in my body so intense, my mind knocked me right out of the meditation. I just lay there on the floor for probably 10 minutes trying to recover from what just happened.
I've found this to be a spiritually mature relationship that requires an enormous amount of energy too. I've mentioned this in other blogs and sites because I feel it's very important for others to know there's a certain amount of collapse that occurs when Twin Flames unite. Anything connecting to you or your twin that's left unfinished will intensify and you'll need that energy to finish it. The point I make here is simply this…Don't give up at this point because this is where I've read most Twin Flames can't handle the karma and quit. If you make it through the collapse and you can deal with the influences the ego will play on both of you, you'll find it's so worth it. You'll come to realize just how sacred this relationship really is. Besides the universe will keep showing you along the way if you are open.
I enjoy each new experience that unfolds with my Twin, Brendan. I love every little and big confirmation God shows us. Take this weekend for example, Brendan noticed something about the pads on my fingers. He said no one he knows had the pads come to a point just as his do. Mine was the first he'd seen. Upon closer inspection we noticed the prints, lines and fatty portions of our middle fingers were almost identical. We began to laugh, because sometimes we get so bombarded by confirmations and similarities we get giddy from it.
With all the readings on Twin Flames with blogs, websites, and forums I've noticed one thing. Very little is ever said on the subject of sex. Well if your Twin Flame is also your lover then this is an important part as well as all the other things that are written about. I want to touch on this subject for a moment.Yes, I know about spiritual sexuality of the soul and I've felt immense pleasure in it. It's a very sacred experience and that's putting it lightly. But what about the sexual energy of Twins uniting together, physically as one.
When Twins are united in celebration of love and come together, sex is an extraordinary expression of love and is one of the highest living experiences our human bodies can experience. God gave us sex for celebration and if it's used for its true purpose (not for just making babies) it will be the highest ecstasy you'll share with your Twin Flame. Time utterly stands still for hours on end. The sexual expression of giving yourself to your Twin will be one of the purest and most intimate forms of expression to you as well as your Twin. Not just the two of you will be entertained in the pleasure of this giving but you can feel your Twin Soul taking over. Both spiritual and matter coming together and sharing in this sexual union can last for hours and hours…and does. You will feel exhausted by the end of this but also rejuvenated at the same time. There's a deep magnetic harmony that this divine love making brings and your souls fill with light. I get lost in my Twins soulful eyes and he does mine as well. We're not just making love…or having sex, but becoming one. Each of us love for each other and not ourselves, and there's way more satisfaction in that. It's about making love with your inner self, chakra's, etc.
Another thing that happened was a strange kind of connection between us, I've only seen one other person write about. The day before I was supposed to go see Brendan, we were in a blissful moment talking on the phone. The next thing I know, I'm feeling this ball of heat start filling up my lower right abdomen, and was somewhat painful, only a pleasurable pain. It lasted for an hour or so after we hung up.
The next day, when we met up, we made love and the feeling returned in the same place, only more intense. He also felt this and described the feeling to me as it was happening. I couldn't believe he was feeling it too. This time the feeling didn't go away. I feel this wave of love very strongly. Sometimes it's more intense than others, but its always there. We began to think I was pregnant, but that's not the case. This wave is strong on the right lower abdomen and travels across my lower abdomen at times when we're connecting on that spiritual level of divine intimacy.
We've also learned about the numbers 11:11 and 22. Those numbers pop up on all kinds of things. Sometimes it's just one 11 and other times it's a consecutive 11:11, 22. On one occasion we were buying t-shirts for our children. I had a thought after I'd bought a shirt for my daughter to go back and get his daughter one too. As we were walking away from the store after purchasing the second shirt we looked at the receipts. They both contained 11:11. We were simply amazed. We've had them on all kinds of receipts, tickets, and some meeting days add up to the number 11 or 22.
There are so many things I could go on and on writing about, which I'm sure to do at some point and time. I just wanted to share with you the importance of looking closely at what you can see and experience in your Twin Flame relationship. When God brings Twin Flames together, it's not about what we physically as humans want or need. It's not about what others tell you is right or wrong. People have a tendency to tell you what you need and don't need. It's not about the conflicts that will arise around you when you come together with your Twin Flame, and believe me your world will turn upside down. It's about who God pairs us up with before we ever existed as humans and in his timing. I'm not saying divorce your current spouse when you've met your Twin Flame, but I am saying this; as I learned about Brendan and I being together in past lives together, I also learned God is making us do this till we get it right.
One last example, This weekend we went to an Italian restaurant we'd only been to once before. The last time we were there was right before I was traveling back to Cincinnati. It was one of those crushing moments where leaving feels worse than dying. I mentioned I didn't want to sit at the same table we had the time before and I want to tell you the place was packed and that was the very table that cleared and we had to sit there anyways. God telling us "GET IT RIGHT." I think so. The next day we went to the airport. I was trying to escape from the pain of leaving Brendan without crying again, I was going to go in the airport early. As soon as I said it, the rain started pouring buckets immediately. I had to stay there and cry and say goodbye the way God intended. God sent some really strong messages the rest of the day because I had flight changes and delays the whole time.
This is God lead and no other way. We've tried to change things a few times and God reminds us very quickly…"Not in your time, but mine." It's been an incredible and crazy journey but I love it.

Yesterday was the most enlightening day about questions and feelings I've had about my twin flame. Many confirmations flood into our lives daily but yesterday they seemed to drop from the universe right into my lap. My twin, Brendan was feeling something happening that was unexplainable and wasn't aware of what I was finding.
At first, I ran across this article by Mary Mageau about Twin Flame Reunions. had heard of soul mates but not the term twin flame until fairly recently. As I was reading that article, I was strangely aware that Brendan and I had talked about these very things. This inner knowing was flowing between us about some Bigger Purpose we're supposed to embark upon. We don't really know what that purpose is but have come to the realization it will present itself when the time is right.
We have many conversations about the total breakdown through suffering, grief, pain and many losses that are occuring in our lives. We had this feeling between us that it must be something of a rebirth. A humbling of the mind, body, and heart taking place in order to make us stronger. This was also confirmed in Mary Mageau's writing.
There were so many similarities I connected with in this article. Another thing Mary Mageau wrote was, "When each twin flame has achieved the same level of balance and both resonate to the identical vibration of Christ consciousness, your twin flame will automatically appear. This will occur because your union with one another has been orchestrated by the Great Creator. It will happen because you and your Twin Flame have been sealed together from the moment of your creation, as you both share the same soul. Your union will result when the Divine time is right and you are both ready for the experience. Interesting synchronicities often pave the way for this reunion." This happened to us and we see the synchronicities paving the way and keep reminding us there is a bigger picture.
I found many other articles and videos that relates to twin flames. I'm amazed by it all and as I expressed to Brendan, "This stuff is making me high!" He laughed of course because he was feeling me from thousands of miles away. He knew I was excited but had no idea why because we hadn't talked yet.

In this article it stated, "The energetic link of the former relationship needs to be dismantled and all inharmonious frequencies associated with it need to come into equilibrium. Thereafter, a time-frame for frequency alignment of the Twin Flame needs to be a consideration. You do not want to bring old baggage into this union ... Why? This is very important ... because when the Twin Flame comes together ... Everything is Amplified!" This was another statement that knocked my socks off! Both harmonious and inharmonious things are amplified. It's so true. We've both said in our past blogs on other sites of how amplified our surroundings are. It's like tasting food for the first time and how delicious it is, but also devistation occurs with that which is inharmonious. It is a tremendous amplification of each and hard to have equilebrium at times. When this occurs between us we seem to find that the ego is trying to rationalize and this makes it more difficult.
Instead of trying to force things to move quicker, maybe it's just a time to let the universe keep showing us through it's uncanny synchronicities of what is to be. We've had many of them since we first met. After all we met under unusual circumstances that were totally unexpected. We had an instantanious feeling we'd known each other before. We felt that immediate deep connection between each other.
Another thing I want to share with you is this, there are many ways to know if you have a twin soul, twin flame, or soul mate. Besides for the things mentioned above, there are many more synchronicities. These things are:
*Feeling a sense of completeness without comparison.
*When you look into each others eyes, you can see yourself as well as your partner's soul.
*There is a great sense of purpose.
*Sacred Sexuality between one another that celebrates your unconditional love and a giving to one another without expectations of receiving in return.
*Time seems to stop or move slowly when your in spiritual connections.
*Openness in the relationship.
*Feelings you never thought possible, such as a limitlessness.
Sometimes these things are overwhelming to my human mind but I continue to look at the spiritual side and keep my eyes on the higher purpose. I don't know what it is, but in time I'm sure I'll find out. (This is one of those places I'd like to use my favorite word, fruition. but I'll leave that to Brendan).
We would like to know if anyone else has had these experiences.

Hi, I'm Paula of the Brendan/Paula Twin Flame. Since I wrote this, I'm becoming aware of what our purpose is. We're meant to show the world how to love and collapse the dualistic views that most of society holds. It's such a huge responsibility. I can only hope to do my best at loving all. I feel very blessed and humbled by this. I can hardly wait to learn more about the people here who may share in our quest to love humanity and the earth until we evolve into our light beings. Stage 2: The Higher Spirit Self

Like the Lower Spirit Self is an extension of our Higher Spirit Self, the Higher Spirit Self is an extension of The I Am.
In the process of ascension, there are evolutionary jumps that occur in the spirit realm. In the current ascension which we are undergoing right now, the lower spirit selves of many many human beings will merge with and/or assume the roles of their Higher Spirit Selves. What is more, those Higher Spirit Selves will make an evolutionary jump in spirituality in their own right. Why? Because those Higher Spirit Selves are about to merge with The I Am! So, this is a very important time for spirits everywhere - on all levels.
When the ascension of a soul is completed, there will be continuty of spirit between the I Am, The Higher Self and The Lower Spirit Self on Earth. Only, the whole process will begin again and it will happen on a new Earth. The spirit world is in essence, re-upping itself. And, when this process is over, those lower spirit selves that have ascended, will be the new Higher Selves of souls in the grand scheme of Gods creation.
After working with our lower spirit selves or kicking the tires, so to speak, to see how this vehicle of the spirit really rides, day may break on Marblehead and we may begin to wonder if there is something more out there - something higher. But how do we find that something higher? That's when we have to go back to the drawing board and dig deeper into our souls and meditations. If you've come this far and found out how to journey with your lower spirit self and enjoy all of the freedoms that it brings you, then look again. This time, look deeper within - within your own soul.
There are many paths one may take in finding their higher self. However, it is a bit more complex than just doing it. It is more like a spiritual recipe peppered with happiness and strife - all ingredients that build heart and break the ego!
Many things that must come together in order for that time to be right. Many choices have to be made and many things must be learned - and this takes time and repeated incarnations. An artist does not just make a masterpiece on the first try as a poet doesn't just sit down and birth a poem worthy of a Nobel Prize. These things are labors of love that are worked on and sculpted until it is perfected. In the case of finding our higher selves, it is our souls that are the artistic medium of choice, through which the I Am or God plays out the dream of creation.
When the time is right for finding your higher self, you will probably have made every mistake in the book and still be a Jack of all trades. You will view yourself (in your awareness) as no better than the most impoverished person on Earth and yet, when you look into the eyes of modern day stars who act as if they walk on water, you will know that they are not better or more righteous than you. Since you have had the opportunity over all of your past incarnations to know what it is like to be rich and poor, to make the right choices and the wrong choices, now you may begin to strive for balance in everything you do. After all, there are only choices.
So, you have found that there is more than just skin and bones to your being and have been journeying with your lower spirit self; which in its own right, is something to be very proud and worthy of... But now what? Well, once again, there are only choices to be made and whatever you choose is neither right nor wrong. However, if you decide that you want to meet your higher self, then there is no better time to do it, than NOW!
The approach in finding your higher self, is very similar to the approach you would use when you are journeying with your lower spirit self. That is: You go into meditation (your personalized meditation), find and balance your awareness on that In between state, where you are neither awake or asleep, then (like what I explained in that jumping contest in part 1 of this article) build that energy within, combine it with the intent to find your higher self (without expectation) and send it out into the universe.
Let me go into the last paragraph even further and talk about YOUR personalized meditation. Your personalized meditation is what has worked for you while journeying with the lower spirit self. Through trial and error, you have found just the right state of being to be in, in order to travel out of body and maintain your awareness of the experience. Next - we combine the energy of our will to find the higher self, backed by strong intent and send it out into the universe. When we do so, we must do so without expectation. Expectation is a program that runs within the daytime mind - that is your brain. In order for our signal to be sent out into the universe, we must keep the noise or ingress of our daytime minds at a minimum so that the frequency we transmit at, can be sent in an ungarbled format. If you have any preconceived notion of what you will find when journeying to your higher self, then chances are, your daytime mind will show you somebody that is not your higher self.
There are many ways to get around the noise of the daytime mind which is probably one of the biggest reasons why so many of us are unable to journey with the lower spirit self and even connect with their higher spirit self. A technique that I learned several years ago in order to get around that noise in my head, was to trick the daytime mind through creative visualizations.
Example: The very first time I ever journeyed and found Protilius was by tricking my daytime mind. I knew, going into that meditation that my mind was running and I was dealing with many false expectations. So, I visualized myself walking over to a mirror (the same mirror I see my 3D self in every day) and then applied the energy backed by intent and LOOKED through the mirror. By doing so, I was able to trick my daytime mind with all of its false expectations. As soon as I peered through the mirror and not at it, I felt all of those false expectations go by the wayside.
There are many visualization one can use to trick the daytime mind. Anything you can think of, is at your disposal. Just remember; when you have successfully tricked the daytime mind (and this is something that only you will know and feel) then you must drop that visualization as soon as you feel you have found your target. Only, in this case, the target is your higher self. Then, as you get more and more used to journeying, you won't even have to trick the daytime mind - you'll just do it!
Discovering your higher self is just the beginning of an amazing period of spiritual enlightenment. You may journey to meet, talk, love and worship him/her. You may ask any question you wish and if your higher self feels that you deserve the answer, he/she will give it to you. However, if that question is one in which he/she decides you need to learn or experience for yourself, then that is what you must do.
In getting to know your higher self, you may also get to know that place where you came from before you incarnated to Earth, in the physical body you are in now. The place where I come from is not a physical place and it is not a planet. My higher self calls this place, "the plains." Yet, there is structure. There are great buildings and palaces with majestic mountains and strange wildlife that cannot be found on Earth. Everything, including the structures that stand from that place where I come from IS ALIVE! When I say alive, I mean that even the building have consciousness and information can be obtained from them just by asking.
One of the things that I have found in the meeting of my higher self is the fact that there are statues that represent not only my higher self, but that of my Twin Flame and the rest of our soul family. These statues are made of stilsil which resembles selenite crystal - only, it is alive. As it is with the rest of the structures on the plains, information about each higher self individual can be obtained by simply going to that statue and asking questions. Anything you wish can be learned by asking.
Probably the most important lesson that I've learned since re-connecting with my higher self is the lesson of WORSHIP.
What is worship in the spirit realm? Worship, is love. However, there are many ways that our higher selves display this form of love to one another. They display worship through acts of love, attention, sex and loyalty to the soul family under God who is their higher self.
In the I Am Dialogues I left out that part of worship because I simply was not ready to share it with anybody other than Paula. However, one of the very first things that I learned upon meeting my higher self was that it was okay to experience each other in a mutual display of worship. This was very important to him - to show me that in order to truly love everybody else, you must love your own self, in every way, shape and form. If you are wondering that if sex is possible in heaven, then I just want to let you know that it most certainly is. I know that past dogma would lead you to believe otherwise, but I beg to differ.
Making love to your own higher self is a very real and beautiful experience. It is one of the first things I learned upon finding Protilius. However, accepting the fact that I was making love to my higher self did not come as naturally. All of my past belief systems came bubbling up again and I was forced to deal with who I was versus who I was becoming. These are issues that may come up with you as well. Be ready for them.
After some time, one may begin to embrace and love the worship that they receive from their higher self and begin to show their own form of worship in return. When this has occured (and your higher self will know it) then you may begin to experience the worship of your divine compliment or Twin Flame.

Finding, knowing and being able to come together with your Twin Flame while you are both incarnate is a VERY SPECIAL and rare opportunity of a lifetime. It is GOLDEN and should be treated as such. Whether or not you have been given the opportunity to come together with your Twin Flames while you are incarnate or at opposing times of incarnation, finding your Twin Flame or your beloveds higher self as he/she is in the Spirit Realm, is equally as special. Both do not necessarily have to be incarnate to find each other across space and time.
After becoming one with his/her own higher self, you may want to get to know the higher self of your divine compliment and worship each other the way you worship on Earth.

Stage 1: The Lower Spirit Self
What is the lower spirit self? The lower spirit self is the spirit within our body – an extension of our higher self who is in the spirit realm. This spirit part of our body has been with us since the day we were created. Mostly, however, we have been unaware of this very real piece of God that we carry within us.
The lower spirit self is the soul representation of our physical bodies and looks just like our incarnate selves do. Only - it is spirit!
Throughout most of our lives from childhood – onward, our lower spirit selves have been journeying without us even being aware of it. Through daydreaming, writing, prayer, playing music and many other 3-dimensional creative outlets, one may begin to realize the lower spirit self. Getting in touch with yourself is key in the realization that you are more than just flesh.
When one goes within and begins to get to know their lower spirit self, after realizing that there is something more to us than just a physical being, they will begin to notice the world around them in a different perspective.
Embracing our lower spirit self is our first step in finding true spirituality and brings us one step closer to the I AM. Once we embrace our lower spirit self and have fully acknowledged that there is spirit within, then we may begin to exercise that spirit by journeying.
The key in journeying with the lower spirit self, is realizing that there is nothing physical about the journey itself. This is how we begin our journey – by going within and pulling energy from the world around you. Combined with the intent to jump the farthest or spirit journey to wherever you wish to go, then we are ready to journey.
Once we have that intent locked in place it would now be a good idea to close the eyes and switch modes into your third-eye sight. This may take some time in getting used to, so once you feel comfortable that you feel you are switched over to the 3rd eye, send or even BLAST that intent straight out of the third eye and to that person, place or thing of your desires. Remember, if you have any doubts about whether or not you can succeed, then you probably will not.
Example: Do you remember in the movie, "The Matrix" where Morpheus and Neo are standing atop the skyscraper and Morpheus jumps clear across and lands on another skyscraper? Then, just before Neo takes his turn, Morpheus tells him something to the affect, "don't think you can - KNOW YOU CAN!" However, with Neo still not believing that he could really do it, what happens? He jumps and then falls flat on his face. So, if you think you can, you will. However, if you have a shred of doubt, you likely will not make that journey.

You may view one another as you are in the physical, as pure energy or as anything else that you wish to be for your divine compliment.

Some, just like to plain old do battle because that’s what they like to do in their physical forms as well.
I, for one, in some of my earliest journeys had to do spirit battle without even understanding why I was being attacked. In these earliest journeys, I learned to shape shift into anything I could imagine, shield myself and others when I needed to, and even track the attacker all the way back to their incarnate selves, anywhere on the globe.
Just as it is in making sacred spirit sex, doing spirit battle in the spirit form can happen in many forms and anything that you can imagine is at your disposal - and I do mean ANYTHING!
I will not be going into any further details on spirit battle because too much information in the wrong hands will not be serving anybody for the good. It's not that I have a dis-trust for "some" people, it's just that I have seen what the negative effects of what an attacking spirit or journeyman can do to somebody and their physical body/well being. Having said that: I'm through explaining.
Just remember - if you intend to do spirit battle, do so from the defensive stand point. In other words, if you are the victim of psi-attacker, spiritual warrior or what Idavathian calls “nuisances,” then you may defend yourself by any means you wish. However, if you go out looking to attack somebody who is either aware or unaware of you, then the karmic backlash you will receive will be enough to make you not want to do it ever again.
Probably the best way to start off journeying and interracting with others who are journeying as well, would be to simply strike up a conversation and learn from them. This can happen in either the spirit to spirit form or spirit to physical form of somebody who is aware enough to recognize that you've journeyed to them and are now in their home.Who knows, if they are not selfish with their knowledge of the spirit world and how it works, maybe you can learn something from them. And - as always, have some manners when you journey. Always ask permission (this is a BIG ONE.) Without permission, you are intruding. That rule doesn't change just because you are journeying and have left the physical world.
Finally, the most important reason why we should go inward and get to know our lower spirit self forms is the fact that the lower spirit self is our vessel that we will use to make contact with our Higher Spirit Selves. By doing so, we re-establish continuity with God.

What is the lower spirit self? The lower spirit self is the spirit within our body – an extension of our higher self who is in the spirit realm. This spirit part of our body has been with us since the day we were created. Mostly, however, we have been unaware of this very real piece of God that we carry within us.
The lower spirit self is the soul representation of our physical bodies and looks just like our incarnate selves do. Only - it is spirit!
Throughout most of our lives from childhood – onward, our lower spirit selves have been journeying without us even being aware of it. Through daydreaming, writing, prayer, playing music and many other 3-dimensional creative outlets, one may begin to realize the lower spirit self. Getting in touch with yourself is key in the realization that you are more than just flesh.
When one goes within and begins to get to know their lower spirit self, after realizing that there is something more to us than just a physical being, they will begin to notice the world around them in a different perspective.
Embracing our lower spirit self is our first step in finding true spirituality and brings us one step closer to the I AM. Once we embrace our lower spirit self and have fully acknowledged that there is spirit within, then we may begin to exercise that spirit by journeying.
The key in journeying with the lower spirit self, is realizing that there is nothing physical about the journey itself. The Divine Order of Creation

The Divine Connection between 2 people is but a microcosm to a much larger body or Pyramid of Souls that is now only just being realized. As more and more Twin Flames come together and the stronger that connection becomes, a web of spiritual communication will emerge and all spirits within each soul family or pyramid will be linked the same way they are linked with their divine compliments. It is this connection that will bring about a new way of being - a new Earth!
To experience that link of love is to experience divinity. And by embracing each others divinity we also embrace God. As the link is reestablished amongst each soul family, and because there are many (thousands of soul families,) each will inherit the empathic thoughts, emotions and love of the other - Soul Mates included! This is the beginning of a one world mind or collective conscience where all is known, nothing is hidden and the past, present and future meld into - NOW! But there is another side to the coin.
While we will literally experience the divinity of our Twin Flames and Soul Family Kin, we also inherit their shortcomings as well, i.e. personal and spiritual growth which can only be achieved through “life experience.” So…the period of Twin Flame and soul family reunification also marks a time of great change as we work to achieve balance on a spiritual and planetary wide scale. It also requires of us each, a great deal of patience! Why? Because this process is not going to happen overnight.
For those of us who have reunited with our Twin Flames here on Earth, it is understood - known, how turbulent this balancing process can be - and that‘s just for a single pair of Twin Flames! Now imagine what it will be like to reunite with just a dozen of people from your soul family - never mind an entire pyramid? And it is happening - right now! Have you seen how at the beginning of the Olympics where the torch is lit and then passed from runner to runner so that it may span the globe and never not be in the hands of a single person? Well, this is exactly what we are doing and it takes a team or soul family effort to ensure that the information and knowledge of the pyramids is passed from person to person and from pyramid to pyramid, so that it may be handed off or shared with the next individual, regardless of soul family.
Back in 2008 when I wrote How Twin Flames Connect, in the very last paragraph, as a simple end note, I wrote: Paula (my Twin Soul) and I believe, as we are now beginning to experience, that as more and more Twin Souls reunite and “come online,” so to speak, a collective consciousness will emerge. This collective consciousness will not only link yourself to your twin, but will link you to all other Twin Souls that are out there. As more and more Twin Souls come online, the speed and connection we have to work with, will improve. We are literally creating our own web of communication made possible by LOVE. We could all, very well, be linked together through this collective consciousness, which is now accessible!
At the time I wrote that paragraph, before I ever really considered The Soul Family or knew anything of our higher selves and the Pyramids, my intuition was that if Paula and I could connect with each other the way that we do, sharing in one another’s divinity with pure love, then why couldn’t we also connect with others in similar fashion. Yes, I was well aware that she was “The One,” and that I needed not look any farther to find that one, but if we could connect across space and time just as we had been doing, then it had to be possible to connect with others - Soul Mates! Little did we know, just 6 months later would we find out how REAL that possibility would become and how practical and hands-on that the approach could be utilized and applied when backed by faith and belief.
For those who cannot be with there Twin Flames here on Earth for many possible reasons, or have never experienced the divine connection of ones spiritual other half in the physical, this this does not mean you cannot still be with and/or find your Twin Flame in the spirit or the many members of your Soul Family right here, right now. In fact, one does not even have to be looking. Yet, if you wish to seek out your Twin Flame or Soul Mate from your soul family, then there is no better place to start looking than right in your own backyard.
To understand how the spirit world so mysteriously works and why we incarnate, we must understand how our souls are shaped and molded through life’s experiences. All of these experiences have a common theme - they are both positive and negative and all are peppered with love and pain; life and the loss of; happiness and sadness; sickness and good health. Over and over again, incarnation after incarnation, our souls are evolving and the cast of character we get to share in those life experiences with…are ever changing in roles! That’s right, I said “roles.“ Some lifetimes you get to experience your Twin Flame in the very same Earth family - as brother and sister or mother and child. Other times they appear as neighbor or co-worker. And…sometimes your paths cross never even realizing it. That is why we must start in our own backyard or with our very own Earth families that we are connected with in the physical. From there, we may work our way outwards - like the spiral of life, known as the golden equation, we start by looking at ourselves. From there, we turn our attention to our Earth Mothers and Fathers; then our sisters and brothers; friends, relatives, schoolmates, co-workers - even the kid you got in a fight with on the playground or the same scenario with a boss that is constantly trying to fire you for reasons you can‘t understand. To recognize the recurring patterns that you are consistently being faced with, is to recognize where you are at in your soul’s experience. By recognizing this, we may better understand the role of those Soul Mates in your very own Earth families that are there to help aid in the process of strengthening your soul.
When we understand where we are at in our souls path to spiritual enlightenment and begin to recognize that cast of characters (even the kid on the playground) as Soul Mates, we begin to see the bigger picture and how we are all connected at the soul level. In this realization, from our Earth families to our soul families; Pyramid to Pyramid from Heaven to Earth, into the eyes of everybody you see into - you see your soul family. And to understand how a spiritual soul family comprised of say - 4 million souls, works - it is fundamental that one understand how an Earth family functions with mom, dad, brother and sister or whoever we consider as such.
When we talk about Pyramid Soul Families at Collapsing Duality, in particular - The Pyramid of Souls that Paula and I are Mother and Father to…We are talking about the divine order in which we were created; a very large family of souls, all scattered to the four winds across this planet. The soul members of this pyramid soul family we KNOW are on every continent, speak in all different languages and are from every race and creed. Of course…we are talking about those souls of our pyramid who have incarnated into an Earth family for the souls purpose of experience so that they may bring back life force. That is the goal! Yet, to understand the magnitude and scale of this awakening, still we must consider the fact that even though each pyramid soul family has one pair of divine compliments as mother and father, there are many mothers and fathers with soul kin within the body of each pyramid.
Example: The Pyramid Soul Families as we now know are built upon generations of souls. Like the pyramids in Egypt, if we start at the top and work our way down to the base, with each descending row of blocks the pyramid fans outwards on all 4 sides - a 4 sided pyramid! In generation 1, there exists Paula (Idavathian) and myself (Protilius.) A single pair of divine compliments or 1 block of stone. In the 2nd generation, the very next row of blocks beneath us, we have 8 beings total or 4 pairs (blocks) of divine compliments that were created by Idavathian and Protilius - their first soul children! Yet, in the creation of the 3rd generation, comprised with 32 souls or 16 pairs (blocks) of divine compliments, something changes. In the creation of the 3rd generation of souls, Protilius and Idavathian came together with the 2nd generation of souls, sometimes with and sometimes without their divine compliments, to create that generation. And, within that generation there are souls that were created by divine compliments from the second generation only. And so on and so forth…all the way down through the generations. So…as you can see, there are many mothers and fathers within each pyramid and not all souls are created by divine compliments. Yet, this is not the rule either. Take for instance the case of Protharus and Idagordava. Their souls were created in the fourth generation and yet they were not created by any of the souls within either the 2nd or 3rd generation - they were created by Protilius and Idavathian. This is how The Pyramid of Souls was built throughout - top to bottom.
When we understand how a Pyramid Soul Family is built and all of those experiences we shared with our very own Earth Families that helped grow our souls and gain life force, then we may better understand how it is that we can all be so CONNECTED! Realizing that we are all part of the same soul family, with some closer than others in regards to pyramids, we Collapse the Duality of our Earthly confinements and reconnect with our higher selves in the evolution of our ascent that will bring us back to God.

Of course…we are talking about those souls of our pyramid who have incarnated into an Earth family for the souls purpose of experience so that they may bring back life force. That is the goal! Yet, to understand the magnitude and scale of this awakening, still we must consider the fact that even though each pyramid soul family has one pair of divine compliments as mother and father, there are many mothers and fathers with soul kin within the body of each pyramid.
Example: The Pyramid Soul Families as we now know are built upon generations of souls. Like the pyramids in Egypt, if we start at the top and work our way down to the base, with each descending row of blocks the pyramid fans outwards on all 4 sides - a 4 sided pyramid! In generation 1, there exists Paula (Idavathian) and myself (Protilius.) A single pair of divine compliments or 1 block of stone. In the 2nd generation, the very next row of blocks beneath us, we have 8 beings total or 4 pairs (blocks) of divine compliments that were created by Idavathian and Protilius - their first soul children! Yet, in the creation of the 3rd generation, comprised with 32 souls or 16 pairs (blocks) of divine compliments, something changes. In the creation of the 3rd generation of souls, Protilius and Idavathian came together with the 2nd generation of souls, sometimes with and sometimes without their divine compliments, to create that generation. And, within that generation there are souls that were created by divine compliments from the second generation only. And so on and so forth…all the way down through the generations. So…as you can see, there are many mothers and fathers within each pyramid and not all souls are created by divine compliments. Yet, this is not the rule either. Take for instance the case of Protharus and Idagordava. Their souls were created in the fourth generation and yet they were not created by any of the souls within either the 2nd or 3rd generation - they were created by Protilius and Idavathian. This is how The Pyramid of Souls was built throughout - top to bottom.
When we understand how a Pyramid Soul Family is built and all of those experiences we shared with our very own Earth Families that helped grow our souls and gain life force, then we may better understand how it is that we can all be so CONNECTED! Realizing that we are all part of the same soul family, with some closer than others in regards to pyramids, we Collapse the Duality of our Earthly confinements and reconnect with our higher selves in the evolution of our ascent that will bring us back to God.
The Parable of 1 and 0

Have you ever noticed that good, honest people always seem to get the short end of the stick and the dishonest ones consistently seem to be getting away with murder? Well…there is a reason for this and although the playing field may seem quite uneven in regards to those doing good deeds and those who are doing bad deeds, the reality of it is – the closer we are to the source in our soul evolution, the quicker the deeds we have done, most notably the good ones - are realized.
In this article, I will be talking about the good deeds and bad deeds that people do and discussing how the karma that they create, comes back as an amplified reflection of the original seeds that have been sown.
To understand Karma is to understand that soul evolution is cyclical. All of our thoughts and deeds to humanity (both good and bad) are noted at the source level, acknowledged and then reflected back, spiraling outward from God to ourselves here on earth. Everything is revolving: the sun goes down and the sun comes up; winter turns into spring and spring turns into summer; the earth revolves around the sun. If we can understand the very basics of the cycles of seasons, then we may begin to understand that the spirit world is cyclical too.
So…why does it seem like good, honest people always get the short end of the stick and the dishonest ones consistently seem to be getting away with murder? I’ll attempt to shed some light on this with a metaphor -
Picture if you will a vinyl record with 10 songs that are played on an old fashioned record player with a diamond needle at the end. And…each time we do a deed that is either good or bad, we’ve just put the needle to the record and the record begins to play a tune that encompasses everything about the deed we just recorded – only, in a song. In the meantime, we go on about our day to day lives, sometimes (if not most) forgetting about that deed we just did. So…the record spins, the music plays and the harmony that is a direct reflection of the deed, plays until the needle hits the center of the record – stopping at the source - God!
At the source, the deed is acknowledged as either positive or negative and the original tune that was created by that deed is now a symphony from God, complete with strings and trumpets. Yet, unlike a typical song on a record player, this song or symphony which was re-recorded in Heaven, with Gods hands all over it, begins to spin all the way in reverse, right back to the sower of that deed. And WHEN that symphony of energy arrives back, it will be amplified and its timing of arrival will have everything to do with where the originator/sower of the deed is, in his/her soul evolution. Thus, those of us who are closest to zero point or God and doing good deeds, will have a much quicker response from the source than, say, those who are doing bad deeds. Yet, just because somebody who works in the negative, is farthest from the source and seems to be getting away with murder, doesn’t mean that when the karmic boomerang comes back, it will be any less potent. To the contrary, each deed we do, depending on the level of positivity or negativity in its signature, will be holy and wholly - amplified. If it is a positive deed that you’ve sown, it will come back to you as such. Yet, if it is a negative deed, although it may take awhile to reach you, because you did not act in the spectrum of light, it will come back to you, two-fold.
Now, let us say, (and to use the analogy of an old fashioned record, once again,) that all 6.7 billion people on this earth are constantly adding to each of the 10 songs on this album, with their deeds. The album is fluid, ever changing, and a direct reflection to each of us individually and as a societal, whole! What is more, each deed we do will be recorded onto this record as either a binary 1 or 0. A binary 1 is positive and 0 is negative. Two such contributors to this very album are, Steve and Tim. They are our subjects.
Let me share their story with you:
The Parable of 1's and 0's
Steve and Tim are neighbors and friends. They are both married, have children, mortgages on their homes and make a very similar income. What is more, they both have jobs with the same company. Steve seems to be riding this never ending wave of success and is able to afford all of life’s luxuries and yet, has no money in the bank. Tim, on the other hand has been living frugally and made himself a part of the community in helping to feed those who have nothing to eat. Tim does not have all of those fine things that Steve, does, but he has a better understanding of what it means to live a balanced life.
Well… one cold night, Steve notices that there is a homeless man knocking at his door. The man asks him for money and some food to eat and Steve denies him, closing the door in his face. Then, the very same man goes next door to Tim’s house. Upon opening the door, Tim is alarmed and wondering if he is about to be robbed. But, after listening to the homeless man who appeared to be freezing and realizing that he would not be a danger to his family, he invites him inside, as they were just about ready to sit down for dinner.
At that very moment, Steve recorded a binary 0 onto the album and Tim recorded a binary 1, thus, their record players begin to spin. However, the very next day, when Tim and Steve go into work, Tim is blindsided with the word that he has just been laid off and his friend, Steve, is able to keep his job. This leaves Tim questioning his faith, amongst other things.
Tim returns home later that day, tells his wife the bad news. Then, a little later, while bringing the garbage out to the street curb, he notices that Steve has just pulled up into his driveway where he begins to unload a 52” flat screen television. The two talk briefly and to add insult to injury, Steve tells Tim the reason he bought the television is because he had just been given a raise. Needless to say, at that very moment, Tim felt a dagger go through his heart.
Meanwhile, while Steve and Tim’s lives play out in the physical world, in the spiritual world, the word that Tim had taken a homeless man off of the cold streets and fed him a warm meal has made its back to the source – GOD! The deed is acknowledged; God adds his touch to the original tune and sends the record spinning on its way back to Tim. Note: it took 1 day for Tim’s deed to make it back to the source.
The next day, Tim wakes up just as he normally does. Except on this day, Tim will be looking for a new job. Although Tim has lived frugally, done many good deeds for the community, the loss of a job is serious. He wastes no time in finding a new one.
The same day, Tim begins to email his resume out to various companies who are looking for work. Then, out of the blue, he receives a phone call from an old friend who says he has just landed a new contract with a major company and would like for Tim to be his partner. Tim accepts the offer from his old friend who he had not heard from in years and delivers the news to his good wife.
Nothing out of the ordinary would change for either Steve or Tim over the next several years. They both moved on with their lives – even hanging out on occasion. Yet, all the while, Steve’s contribution to the world, which recorded a binary 0, was still spinning its way through the layers of the universe, back to the source. Why? Because not only had Steve turned his back to a harmless and homeless man, but as it turned out, he had many other things to answer for as well.
Then, one Saturday afternoon, during the springtime - 1,111 days after the night Steve refused the homeless man who had been out in the cold, his bad deed came back to him.
It was a day like any other day. Tim was outside watering the grass when he noticed a couple of police cruisers pull up. That’s when he watched 4 officers get out of their cars and make their way up to Steve’s front door – knocking loudly!
Needless to say, Tim watched in horror and dismay as his friend, former co-worker and neighbor got hauled off to jail for embezzling money from the same company that both of them had worked for; the very same company that had laid Tim off and entrusted Steve, with Tim’s very same position! His life and the lives of his wife and children would never be the same again.
However, Tim’s life, on the other hand went on as usual. For he had chosen to live frugally and although he was no perfect man by any means, he lived as close to God as any good, honest man could wish to do. There were many bumps in the road on his path, but living so close to the source, he was able to weather those storms because of the decision he made in life.
So… if it appears that the dishonest people seem to get away with murder
And that the good people of the world, tend to get the shorter end of the stick
Just know that your distance to God is that much closer
Than those who lack the human compassion, to help the homeless and the sick.
The parable of the story is that we are all working our way in our soul’s evolution, back to the source. Some of us are closer to that source than others and depending on where you are at on the record of creation, comprised of the 10 songs of the universe, will depend on how long it will take your deeds to be reflected back to you, by God.
If you close your eyes and visualize this record that is fluid, ever changing, and a direct reflection of each of us individually and as a societal whole, belting out a tune with all 6.7 billion of us contributing to its symphonic sound, you will hear – if you listen closely and feel it in your soul, off in the distance – God!
